Billing
WI Supporter payments are non-refundable. These are charitable donations, as such, we are not able to refund them at any time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit card payments.
If you have a UK bank account you'll also be able to set up a Direct Debit.
General
You can purchase a WI Supporter option for a minimum amount of £5.00/year on behalf of anyone. Ensure you select that you're purchasing for someone else, and once your payment has been completed they will receive a welcome email with all the details they need to get started.
It’s the same for the WI Supporter Plus option which is available for a minimum amount of £18/year, but you do need to make sure you are purchasing this for a woman as WI Supporter Plus is women only.
Direct Debits can only be set up from a UK bank account. Payments from outside the UK must be by a debit/credit card.
If you are purchasing a WI Supporter Plus option, you will receive a digital copy of the WI magazine WI Life instead of a print magazine. In addition, the WI Shop only accepts orders that can be sent to a UK address including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Creating an account puts you in control of your information and donation, allowing you to easily update or cancel your personal and financial information.
If you become a Supporter Plus, your account will also ensure you can access My WI, our online resource for WI members and Supporters.
